These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by InNeed Intelligent Cloud ("InNeed," "we," or "us"), including inneedcloud.com, inneed.cloud (which redirects to inneedcloud.com), and inneed.ai (together, the "Sites").

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

You may use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Sites’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use automated means to collect content at a scale that burdens the Sites, unless we have given written permission.

The Sites describes InNeed’s services, research, and capabilities for general information only. We may change or remove content at any time without notice. Nothing on the Sites is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

The Sites’ text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by InNeed or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Sites content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. “InNeed” and “InNeed Intelligent Cloud” are names used by Ashtech Intelligent LLC.

The Sites may link to websites operated by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.

The Sites and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashtech Intelligent LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites.

Services provided by InNeed are governed by separate written agreements, such as statements of work or master services agreements. These Terms do not create or change any such agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Sites will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
